Teymur is a New York-based artist born in Azerbaijan. At a young age, Teymur travelled the world and experienced different cultures, including living his early childhood in Afrika.
His mother works for the UN and his father is a Painter, and Sculptor. In 2006, he moved to New York City, where he immediately fell in love with the New Yorker Music Scene. From this point on, Teymur pursued his passion for the arts, performing and singing on Broadway, and appearing in multiple films.
At the age of 16, Teymur decided to approach his passion for music more independently. He began producing and writing music in his bedroom. Teymur draws influence from classics such as the Beatles and Pink Floyd to newer singer/songwriter like Bon Iver, James Blake, Frank Ocean and many more.
